Construction Stages
Building a pool involves several stages, and we handle them all with precision and care
What to Expect During Construction

1. 811 Call & Utility Marking
Before any digging, we notify local authorities (811) to mark underground utilities-ensuring we avoid gas, water, and electrical lines. Safety and compliance come first.

2. Demolition & Excavation
We clear the site and excavate to the pool's design specs. Whether using heavy machinery or manual methods for tight access, our crew gets it done efficiently

3. Retaining Walls (if needed)
For sloped terrain or structural support, we install retaining walls as part of the site preparation.

4. Steel Framework, Plumbing & Electrical
We lay the steel rebar, plumbing lines, and install electrical systems that will power lighting, pumps, and features.

5. Shotcrete or Gunite Application
The durable shell of your pool is formed-engineered to last for decades.

6. Tile, Coping & Decking
We apply your selected finishes, decorative edges, and custom deck options to enhance beauty and function.

7. Pre-Plaster Walkthrough
You'll inspect the progress before we apply plaster. Your sign-off ensures your vision is being realized.

8. Plastering & Water Fill
The final surface is applied-smooth, durable, and beautiful. We then fill and balance the water chemistry.
